1. Power off your Samsung Galaxy Grand duos.
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Power Key + Home key allat the same tim to perform hard reset.Wait until Samsung Galaxy Grand GT-I9082 logo appears on the screen.
3. Now release the keys and use the Volume Up and Down buttons for navigation upor down, Select Wipe data/Factory Reset option by pressing power key.
4. Select Yes — Delete all user data with the help of Volume Down key. Then press the power button to confirm it.
5. It will take 5 to 10 minutes for reset the phone. So you have to wait until the process is complete.after reset select Reboot System Now option with Power key.
